How to Lose Weight Quickly: Dieting With a Deadline

Need to learn how to lose weight quickly? Have a deadline attached to your diet? No problem. As long as you follow these four rules you will lose a ton of weight on whichever diet you chose!

Rule One: Look through your kitchen or where ever you may keep your food. If you find fatty food, junk food, or any sweets or candy that is not permitted on your diet lock it up. Or even better, throw it away or donate it. This will help you maximize your results! If you do not have cheat foods around you, you will not be able to cheat or have a cheat meal or a cheat day. This will help you lose weight quickly.

Rule Two: Work out a ton! You should be working out up to twice a day! But make it fun! How? Make a music playlist to listen to while you work out. But no slow, sleepy, chill songs. Only add upbeat songs that will keep you moving on a work out.
